NEW BUSINESS:

• New membership forms have changed. Deana handed out new one to all present. You should get a hold of a active member to get a copy of one. They will be in your magazine at a later date.
• Talked about moving our meeting to the Road House South and decided to table this and go there for lunch to see what we thought about it.

CORRESPONDIANCE:

• National’s minutes & news was read
• Nominations for outstanding member & Mr. WOW should be turned in. Details in magazine.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

• Rose reported on the Chapter T-shirts of the National Ride-In. It was voted and approved that we have the tank tops in a raspberry color. Reminded everyone that they to email Rose with their order. In case you want more Rose is going to try to do a mass email of the chooses; so let her know if you don’t get one.
• The Golden Gals are going to help us collect door prizes.
• Jill reported on the committee for collecting donation - all the places they have gone and door prizes they had received. Reminded to be sure and get their business cards if they donate.
• Need to be working on your maps for suggested rides during the Rally. Will need info about gas & food stops and time it takes to ride.
• Rose suggested that we have Scavenger Hunt then we talked about what Chris was doing along those lines to learn more about the women who attend the Rally. We need to be thinking up questions to ask the ladies and send them to Chris. We discussed taking the cash donations and getting a really big prize for this game.
• We are in need of someone to donate pens and pencils. Thinking more on those little ones they usually have at Golfing or bowling places.
• Deana reported on all the things that we now are going to be responsible for during the Rally.
• Reminder that we need to go to the State Rally in Osage Beach in June and need to get your reservations in soon.
• Also that you need to get your reservations in for the National Rally if you plan on staying at there.
• Don’t forget to turn in your registration forms for the Rally’s.
• A sign up sheet was passed around to start getting people lined up to work the different areas during the Rally.
• Discussion about the Hospitality Room and what was to be donated and what we were responsible for. Irene told us about all the bottled water that has been donated. It was voted and approved that we have a large decorated cake made for the main table that the chapter will pay for.
• Deana suggested the chapter also buy some frogs for the bags.
• Dee made her report on the Chapter banner. After a discussion of the wording that would be put on it and what all it would be used for. It was voted and approved that we spend $100 on the agreed design of the banner.
• Reminder – don’t forget to turn in your logo for the State Rally T-shirt contest. Rose is the one who won last year and they were beautiful.

ACTIVITIES:

• Rose told of us other rides in the area. Please check the web site for those listed.
• It was discuss that we ride up and visit the Golden Gals for one of their meetings.
• We discuss going to Linda’s house in Kissee Mills for a meeting or just a group gathering.

TREASURER’S REPORT WAS READ.

IN CLOSING:

• Everyone was reminded to be sure an check their air pressure, clean last years bugs off and be sure to turn in your Mileage ! ! !
• Reminded that the Family Crises Center does need Easter candy and thanked everyone for all that was brought to the meeting.
